    Dr Bert Brown has been practicing medicine in Cleveland for over 30 years.  His offices have been located on the east side of town and he recently extended his care to the west side of town.  He practices the full spectrum of care in ear nose and throat problems in children and adults. He takes pride on being accessible to his patients and focusing on how their problems impacts them as a whole.

    Along with his comprehensive medical and surgical care in Ear Nose and Throat problems, Dr Brown has developed a special interest in hearing loss and helping people with hearing challenges.

    His expert understanding of the hearing process led to his development of the SER™ Fitting Room, which simulates the real world and allows the patient to experience their improved hearing with their hearing aids as a whole body experience – customizing them to their individual needs. His personal attention and total health approach are key to his success with patients. He’s committed to making sure every solution he prescribes is tailored to their unique lifestyle and needs.

    Dr. Brown completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Northwestern University where he received the Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa awards. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati where he was awarded the Christian R Holmes award in ENT. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Eye & Ear Hospital. Dr. Brown’s interests outside of medicine include reading, movies, and Ironman triathlon. He is committed to helping his patients take full advantage of the world around them by helping them achieve the best possible hearing health.

    Lauren Rollo Audiologist

    Dr. Lauren Rollo joined Physician Hearing Centers in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from The University of Akron and her Doctor of Audiology at The Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium.

    She completed her graduate work in a variety of clinical settings, including her residency at Pittsburgh Ear Associates, a well-respected neurotology practice. Although she is trained in all aspects of audiology, she developed a passion for hearing aids and the personal relationship she builds with her patients in the process. She loves seeing how better hearing can truly enhance someone’s life in all ways.

    As a lifelong resident of Ohio, Dr. Rollo grew up in Youngstown, moving to Akron for her education and ultimately started calling Cleveland home over the past several years. She enjoys her family, running, cooking and spending time with her pets, Maddie and Ollie.

    Dr. Alison Lipp joined Physician Hearing Centers in August, 2017. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University in 2013 and her Doctorate in Audiology at Rush University in 2017.

    Dr. Lipp has had various classroom and clinical experiences, including placements at Rush University Medical Center, University of Chicago Medical Center and ProMedica Audiology. These opportunities have enabled her to become a well-rounded clinician with a passion for diagnostics. She enjoys following patients on their hearing healthcare journey and helping to make a real and lasting difference in the quality of their lives.

    Dr. Lipp is a lifelong Clevelander and is thrilled to begin her professional career in her hometown. She enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

    Kristen Chamberlain Audiologist

    Dr. Kristen Chamberlain was born and raised in Cleveland and has been proving exceptional hearing health care in the Northeast Ohio area since 2015.

    Kristen is a proud Bobcat of Ohio University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2011. She then continued her education at the University of Akron where she received her Doctorate degree in Audiology in 2015. She completed her graduate work in a variety of clinical settings, including her residency at the Cleveland Clinic: Head and Neck Institute.


    Along with his comprehensive medical and surgical care in Ear Nose and Throat problems, Dr Brown has developed a special interest in hearing loss and helping people with hearing challenges.

    Kristen quickly learned she had a passion for helping people hear better and has helped many Northeast Ohioans by utilizing the latest hearing device technology. Kristen is an avid music lover, enjoys cooking and being in the outdoors with her husband.

    Louis Billera Audiologist

    Dr. Louis Billera earned his bachelor’s degree in communication science and disorders from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. Following this, he continued on with his education at Syracuse University, and in 2017 obtained his doctoral degree in audiology.

    He provides diagnostic auditory and vestibular evaluations as well as fitting and servicing hearing aids and other amplification devices. Dr. Billera’s patients range in age from infancy into adulthood.

    Beyond audiology, Dr. Billera has lifelong passions for music, vintage Nintendo, as well as anything and everything associated with the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.
