Owner/Otolaryngologist

Dr. Bert Brown has been a practicing ENT physician for over 25 years – devoting his career to helping people with hearing challenges. His expert understanding of the hearing process led to his development
of the SER™ Fitting Room, which simulates the real world and allows
the patient to experience their improved hearing with their hearing aids as a whole body experience – customizing them to their
individual needs. His personal attention and total health approach
are key to his success with patients. He’s committed to making sure every solution he prescribes is tailored to their unique lifestyle and needs.

Dr. Brown completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Northwestern University where he received the Phi Eta Sima and Phi Beta Kappa awards. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati where he was awarded the Christian R Holmes award in ENT. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh
Eye & Ear Hospital. Dr Brown’s interests outside of medicine include reading, movies, and ironman triathlon. He is committed to helping his patients take full advantage of the world around them by helping them achieve the best possible hearing health.

Stephanie Rosenblum, AuD, CCC-A

Director of Audiology

Dr. Stephanie Rosenblum has been a licensed audiologist since 2000, and joined Physician Hearing Centers becoming the Director of Audiology in 2002. Her personal and professional interest in hearing loss started when her father developed an ear disease and was helped with hearing aids. Since then, she has been committed to helping patients with all levels and types of hearing loss improve their quality of life. She utilizes the SER™ Fitting Room to fine-tune the patient's hearing aids to their unique hearing experience. By treating each one with personal care and attention, she ensures a customized solution that fits their life and needs perfectly.

Dr. Rosenblum completed her B.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Cleveland State University, her graduate work with a M.A. in Audiology from Kent State University, and her doctoral work with an Au.D. from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. A lifelong resident of the Cleveland area, Dr. Rosenblum enjoys running, scrapbooking, and spending time with her husband, Matt and her two sons, Max and Drew.

Kimberly McCabe, MA, CCC-A

Clinical Audiologist

Kimberly McCabe is originally from Sagamore Hills, Ohio. She completed her undergraduate work with a B.S. in Hearing and Speech Sciences at the Ohio University and her graduate work with a M.A. in Audiology at Kent State University. She received the All-American Collegiate Scholar Award and graduated with honors. Kim completed her Clinical Fellowship while dispensing hearing aids and conducting interoperative monitoring. She joined Cleveland Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy in April 2003. Kim loves Audiology because of the joy people feel when they can hear birds singing, children laughing, and loved ones voices for the first time.

Jamie Nicholas, AuD, CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Jamie Nicholas is originally from Sagamore Hills, Ohio. She completed her undergraduate work with a B.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology at the University of Akron, and her doctoral work with a Doctor of Audiology degree through the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium (NOAC), a joint program between the University of Akron and Kent State University. Half of her Clinical Fellowship year was completed at the Dayton VA Medical Center where she gained experience in diagnostic and vestibular testing, as well as hearing aid and personal FM evaluations and fittings. She joined Physician Hearing Centers in 2008 to finish the remainder of her Fellowship Year and has remained on staff since her graduation. Dr. Nicholas enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them understand their hearing loss and the many ways they can improve not only their hearing, but also their quality of life.
